This website is operated by GracePeak Global Search, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm.

4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, layout, graphics, photographs, logos and software — belongs to GracePeak or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. The GracePeak name, logo and “Orion” are our marks.
You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use, including reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation, requires our written permission.
5. Enquiries and submissions
Information you send us through this site is handled under our privacy policy. Please do not send confidential information belonging to a third party, or information you are not entitled to disclose.
Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship, a candidate registration, or any obligation on our part to respond, to consider you for a role, or to accept a mandate.
6. Case material
The case studies published on this site are anonymised. Client names, individuals and selected project details have been changed or omitted to protect confidentiality. Nothing on this site should be read as identifying a client, a candidate or a specific transaction, and no attempt should be made to do so.
Past mandates are described for illustration. They are not a promise or prediction of any particular outcome in a future engagement.

Content on this site is general information about our firm and the markets we work in. It is not professional, legal, financial or employment advice, and should not be relied on as such.
